“Healing Stage-Fright”
open to all instruments including voice (also dancers, actors, speakers etc also most welcome) at all levels of experience and music backgrounds
Stage-fright is a big issue for some people and a significant issue for many. Would you like to find the way to relax with your music and really enjoy performing?
Enjoy learning new skills in a safe, non-competitive environment and experience your original inspiration as to why you originally wanted to be in the performing arts
Includes specific take-home techniques and practical tools for on-the-spot use in even the most demanding performances. You will thank yourself a thousand times for changing your old patterns which caused you to feel fear instead of joy when you play music.
The only pre-requisite is a sincere desire to reclaim joy instead of fear!
